Individual and Family Based Case Management provides supportive services tailored to assist the client in increasing their self-sufficiency. Specific goals and objectives along with a plan of action are developed with the client.
Budgeting guidance is offered to help clients develop positive money management techniques.
The ultimate goal is to have the client's finances brought back into line with their resources and to get them to a state of competency where they are able to leave the program and handle their own finances without outside assistance.
